About the ARISE-US Network and its Contributing Members

The ARISE-US Network is the US chapter of the UN Secretariat for Disaster Risk Reduction (UNDRR) ARISE Global Network, which was established to build public-private collaboration in disaster risk reduction. The ARISE-US Network comprises private sector companies, non-profit organizations, and university partners. The Network convenes symposia on DRR issues that include multiple stakeholders to examine disaster resilience issues, identify potential solutions, build common ground, and develop collaborative projects to enable solutions.
