The BAF provides educational and employment opportunities without regard to, and does not discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy, sexual orientation, or transgender status), national origin, disability, age (40 or older) or genetic information (including family medical history) or any other factor prohibited by law in its programs and activities.
Prohibition Against Retaliation
The BAF prohibits retaliation, harassment, or other adverse action against an individual for making a complaint in good faith, assisting in an investigation, opposing harassment or otherwise exercising rights protected by law. It also prohibits taking any adverse academic or employment related action against an individual based on an unsubstantiated allegation or rumor of harassment. Retaliation should be reported promptly to BAF Executive Director, and may result in disciplinary action up to and including dismissal.
