Norma Anderson has spent more than four decades in leadership positions in education, corporate communications and administration, training, IT consulting, sales and supply chain management. She is a recognized leader in creating successful programs that help build the skills and career opportunities to under-served and under-represented urban communities.
Dr. Nnenia Campbell is Executive Director of the Bill Anderson Fund (BAF). She is a member of the BAF Founding Fellows, a group of doctoral and master’s students that collaborated with Norma Doneghy Anderson to develop the BAF structure and programming that continue to evolve under the leadership of current BAF Fellows. She holds BA and MA degrees in sociology from the University of Central Florida and a PhD in sociology from the University of Colorado Boulder. Her research interests center on the intersections between vulnerability and resilience, particularly within marginalized communities.
