Cameron Horne is a Master’s student and Emergency Management professional from North Carolina. He currently is working to finish his thesis at the University of South Carolina and working with the South Carolina Emergency Management Division as a Public Assistance Grant Program Specialist. Cam is active in the response and recovery related to South Carolina’s historic flood event associated with Hurricane Joaquin. Cam is a BAF Founding Fellow. Everyone has worked together since day one to make the situation better. Coordination between personnel in mass care, search and rescue, the military and all other emergency support functions have led an admiarable operation of helping the people of South Carolina.
